a) Day-to-day planning of your production and editing schedule.
Contingency Plan
Bad weather - If the weather is bad, i will shoot other shots that aren't effected by the weather. For example, shoot the shots that are set indoors.
Equipment failure - If there's equipment failure, I will get as much content as I can that doesn't require the broken equipment. After that I would end the shoot and either fix or get new equipment as quickly as I can.
Interview unavailable - If I am unable to get an interview with someone, I will either find someone else to interview, or I will wait until the original person is about.
b) Equipment you will need as well as any locations you will need.
c) What roles you will be taking on
d) costs of the equipment needed as well as cost of additional help.
e) Copyright, slander/libel, upsetting/offensive material, bias, performance rights.

Feedback

Evaluate changes you made to the pitch why you made sample material
From my pitch I have evaluated and revised what changes need to be made. I can see from my feedback that structure and narrative were a big question mark. I had my idea of how the documentary would plan out, however wasn't structured in key scenes or developments. From this feedback I have made sure I have created a better understanding from my structure elements and revised my sample material. My sample material included a script, in which I planned out what I was going to say when I actually shoot the documentary and when I interview people. My sample material also included a storyboard, so I knew what shots I need to get and in what order they need to be in too.
